​With Three Easy Steps:       (1) Fill-out      (2) Upload      (3) Submit.

Part 1: General Information


  • Branch: Please select the branch from the dropdown menu.

  • Academic Year: Please select the year from the dropdown menu.

  • Sibling Currently Attending ADNOC Schools: Check if you have a child currently attending ADNOC School and select the number of how many from the dropdown menu.

  • Sibling's School ID No: Please provide us only 1 of the sibling's current school ID numbers. This will only apply, if you have a child who is currently attending ADNOC Schools.

Part 2: Student Information


  • Student's full name: Type first, middle, and last name of student.

  • Date of birth: Select correct date of birth.

  • Gender: Select male/female.

  • Nationality: Select applicable nationality form the dropdown menu.

  • Current School: For all applicants entering in grade KG1 this information is optional but in KG2​ through to grade 12 the school must be provided with the previous school's information.

  • Grade applying: From the dropdown menu select the grade you are applying for.

Part 3: Parent/Guardian Information​


  • Father's name: Please provide us with a first and last name.

  • Nationality: Select nationality from the dropdown menu.

  • Employer's name: Select your employer from the dropdown menu and if the listed employers do not apply to you, then provide us with your employer information. If you are not working, please indicate "unemployed".

  • Mother's name: Please provide us with a first and last name.

  • Nationality: Select nationality from the dropdown menu.

  • Employer's Name: Select your employer from the dropdown menu and if the listed employers do not apply to you, then provide us with your employer's information. If you are not working, please write "unemployed".

  • Parental Contact: Please provide us with two corresponding contact numbers and one email address.

Part 4: Attachment


  • Please attach  a passport copy of the prospective student and as you do, please consider the following:

  • The scanned copy of passport must be legible/readable.

  • The scanned copy can be any image file or PDF format.

  • Lastly, please review your entered information before submitting the form.

  • You are able to check the status of your application online.

​Note:  As you fill out the application, upload the required passport copy, and submit. The system will generate a unique reference number pertaining to your application. This is a reference number to update your application status and can be used for any future communication with Admissions.
