The school shall charge parents a 5% non-refundable amount of the tuition for new or returning students. Reregistration fees are due for payment by April in the current academic year of applying and will ensure that a seat is secured for the following academic year for your child. Only those with 0 outstanding balance will be sent a re-registration form for the following academic year. However for new enrollment, registration fees must be paid within one week of acceptance and if payment is not completed, acceptance will be retracted and request will be transferred to waiting list.
Please direct all payments to the Finance Department by Cheques drawn in favour of the ADNOC Schools or transfer directly to our bank accounts detailed below.
KINDLY NOTE NO CASH PAYMENT WILL BE ACCEPTED.

The school will send three warning letters to the students’ parents/guardians according to ADEK rules. Failure to pay the tuition fees will result in:
Temporary exclusion from school for a max of 3 school days simultaneously with each warning letter.
Loss of the student’s seat in the school for next year
Non issuance of the transfer certificates.
Withholding students’ reports, references, and examination results.
*In case of company payments, parents are responsible to insure that companies have paid all fees on time. We will be pleased to provide early invoices before the start of the academic year. Please contact the finance department if you have any inquires.
